Juice Protocol for Mercury, Lead and Heavy Metal Detoxification
Heavy metal infiltrates our bodies via the environment, chemicals, foods, cosmetics and our amalgam fillings.

The effects of heavy metals impair our nervous system, our immunity, digestion, mental health, hormones and even our bones, muscles and reflexes. This home procedure based on simple natural ingredients is safe to do for 2-3 days a week or once a month depending on the severity of your symptoms. It makes one feel very energetic and helps to normalise thyroid hormones so it is easier lose weight.
Food From the Kitchen Can Wipe Out Heavy Metal
Apples and lemons can help release and excrete heavy metals from our tissues. Their pectin is a natural chelating (binding) agent for aluminium, lead, mercury, cadmium, nickel and many other toxins as well. Apples combine well with coriander and other heavy metal detoxifiers such as Chlorella supplements. Garlic protects the red and white cells of the blood whilst these toxins are being ushered out of the body. At bedtime calcium and magnesium complete the binding and excretion process.
Heavy Metal Detoxification for Each Person
Do this routine for 2 or 3 days week.
First thing I the morning make juice out of:
- 1 cup or a bunch of fresh green coriander (dhania) leaves. You can grow it from seed, as we do for wheat grass.
- 1 cup of water
- 1 or 2 chopped apples including skin and core
- 1 cup of parsley or celery or wheat grass or a combination thereof
- 2 lemon slices with their skin
Process the ingredients in an electric blender on high for about a minute.
Strain the mixture through a cloth bag (like the ones you buy rice in) or use a few layers of stocking, stretched over a jug.
Squeeze out all the juice.
- Drink half of it straight away. Then eat 1or 2 apples and take 6-10 chlorella (blue green algae) tablets. Do this to absorb metal particles as they are loosened and to keep them moving along to the kidneys.
- An hour or two later have the remaining juice with more apples.
- Take 10 more chlorella tablets.
- If you are very hungry have a snack of cottage cheese mixed with flaxseed oil or ground-up flaxseeds. Eat a lot of garlic with all your food for a few days to protect the blood from suspended heavy metal particles. Eat parsley afterwards to protect your friends from your breath!
- Have a normal lunch and supper.
- At bedtime take 1 or 2 teaspoons of Calcium and magnesium powder mixed with a little water to help prevent the newly released lead, mercury, nickle, etc from re-contaminating your brain, soft tissues and skeletal system. Alkaline minerals, especially calcium bind to metal and other toxic particles and are then deposited into the toilet instead of back into you.
- Keep a glass of water by your bed and drink it during the night if you wake up. Drink more water in the morning.
Additional Treatment for Heavy Metal Especially Mercury and Amalgam
You can take homeopathic remedies like: MERC SOL at a 30c potency but it is best to get advice from a professional who can help you determine what remedies are best for your constitution.
Control the Acids!
It is essential that you do not become too acidic if your mouth contains amalgam fillings. Rinse out your mouth after drinking lemon juice or dry wine and don't sip at acidic beverages for hours on end. Metal particles and volatile fumes can leech out of amalgam and into your bloodstream from the saliva. Clean your teeth with non-fluoride toothpaste. At bedtime it is essential to take a calcium and magnesium supplement to prevent re-absorption of the metal.

Parsley
Parsley is the king, when it comes to purging both the liver and the urinary system. Chewing parsley eliminates garlic breath because it is rich in chlorophyll. It contains a lot of folate and extra potassium to help you to alkalize and excrete heavy metals via the kidneys. You can also include dandelions and other edible leaves from the garden, or some spinach to the juice.
Green Coriander Leaves: the Best Heavy Metal Remover
Dhania, otherwise known as cilantro or coriander is well loved with curries and spicy foods. When eaten at a meal, these leaves are automatically a bile stimulant, and so aid digestion. As a natural way to help remove heavy metals from our toxic systems, it is invaluable. It even crosses the blood-brain barrier as thus helps to repair mercury-based damage within brain cells. According to one study, it removed aluminium and lead from bone tissue faster than any of the other detoxifying drugs that were tested.
Garlic Protects the Blood from Heavy Metal
Many people belive in the heart-healthy and anti-microbial effects of garlic. Research now indicates that garlic matured in water is hundreds of times more potent than fresh cloves. Try this: chop up cloves of garlic and cover with water. Keep the mixture in a glass jar for a few days. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of this very pungent garlicky brew to your plate of food. Garlic protects the blood from the toxic effects of heavy metals. Keep Chew parsley afterwards.
Lemons
Lemons are very sour, but have an alkalizing effect on the bloodstream. The white pith contains pectin that binds up toxic heavy metal particles. It is rich in vitamin K to control bleeding and is excellent for the liver.
Apples
Apples contain natural pectin that helps to bind and excrete heavy metals via the kidneys and gut.
